Some additional things you can do is ask your dermatologist you should do. One thing they may recommend is to ensure your diet is right for promoting hair growth. Our American diet is high in fats and salt which help damage the kidneys leading to acidic blood that leads to hair loss.

The best diet is one low in fat and low in salt and the best diet is one that is high in Omega-3, such as wild salmon, dark green leafy vegetables and kidney beans.
